Clear information on presale dispatch, tracked delivery and returning an unused case.
Presale dispatch
Current presale orders are expected to dispatch during the week commencing 14 September 2026. We will begin dispatching as soon as stock arrives and send tracking when an order leaves us.
UK delivery
UK orders are sent using a tracked service. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is currently offered from £3.99. The final available service and cost are shown at checkout.
International delivery
Tracked international delivery may be offered to selected destinations. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country.
Multiple-case orders
Each case is supplied in its own protective shipping carton. Orders containing multiple cases may therefore arrive in more than one parcel.
Returns
You may request to return an unused case within 14 days of delivery. The product should be returned in its original condition and protective packaging. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please use the contact form as soon as possible, include your order number and attach clear photographs when requested. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
